Rugby Link, developed by InteractSport, is Rugby Australia's online Player Registration & Competition Management System. Implemented in 2015, it is available free of charge to all Clubs and Members Australia wide.
Rugby Link offers a wide range of features, including online participant registration and payment, full competition management functionality, player statistics and bulk communication tools, such as email and SMS options.
RUGBY LINK V4 will be released from the start of 2018. The key development features involve Single Sign On, Part Payment automation and Match Day Manager App.

Rugby AU were made aware of NAB being down nationwide on Saturday 26 May. Unfortunately, this was out of our control and did affect online player registration and payments. We have had reports by Clubs that they were able to register and pay from 2.30pm onwards. Please speak to your Member Union about resolving these issues.
RUGBY LINK 2018 KEY DATES
Note: In 2018 a NEW process will be implemented with Member Unions and Associations in relation to the access by Clubs to set up and open up their registrations for the public. Each Member Union and Competition can tailor their dates to their particular needs. Clubs should contact their respective Unions Rugby Link representative to find out specific information pertinent to their region.
NSW Active Kids Rebate
What is Active Kids Rebate?
NSW Government will provide a $100 voucher to parents/guardians of school enrolled children. The $100 voucher can be used for registration and participation costs for sport and fitness activities.
Where do I find out the details?
Participants can check their eligibility and begin to apply for their voucher on the NSW Services website from 31 Jan.
Can this be used for Rugby?
Yes, from late Friday 2 February, you can use your NSW Active Kids vouchers when paying your registration fees in Rugby Link.
